OUR STORY
Founded in 2020, Hudson Brewing is a locally owned, family operated independent craft brewery serving fresh and unpretentious beer brewed right here on Brisbane’s bayside.

The brainchild of Wynnum locals Sarah and Richard Hudson, Hudson Brewing is the culmination of years of determination, planning and a passion for good beer.

Hudson Brewing has set up shop in the industrial strip on Gibbs Street in the heart of Wynnum. Here is where you will find a relaxed vibe and quality beer.
Brisbane’s beer-loving bayside will enjoy a range of core beers with seasonal and small-batch brews pouring for a limited time throughout the year.
